- 888 / PF Power was interrupted.
F1
What it means: Open thermal sensor, from excessive heat. This one often needs a licensed technician.
What to try
- Shut off the circuit breaker or fuse that supplies power to the microwave oven for 30 seconds to clear the code.
- Service may be required in some cases.
F2
What it means: Shorted thermal sensor. This one often needs a licensed technician.
